An activity booklet available at reception introducing them to Callaïs, a rare green stone, much sought after by Neolithic Man.

A family booklet with a team game

To fulfil the needs of the younger ones, the museum team created a relaxing area both friendly and educational, allowing parents to take a break during their visit and the children to become actors of theirs.

This place offers a time for oneself with comfortable seats and plugs to charge your phones. Mostly, we want it to be a place where children can learn by themselves and share it with their families.

Focus on the touching space

The children area has been thought as a place of experiment where everyone can leave their fingerprints by drawing alone or together with other visitors, stacking blocks, touch cut and polish stones, disguise themselves to take pictures or play a quiz on the touching screen.

With this touching screen, they can comprehend at the best the important objects of our collections.

The area is up to 80% founded by the Fonds Européen Agricole pour le Développement Rural (FEDER), with a goal to enhance local resources to young people to reinforce the territory. The Région Bretagne implements this founding

The more independent will have fun with the Museum “Seek and Find in the Museum” activity, leading their own investigations and discovering the details in the collections.
